Physiotherapists
JEN BLADON
BSc. PT, FCAMPT, CIDN
Completed her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Toronto in 1998. Advanced qualifications include a Diploma in Manipulative Therapy, (FCAMPT), 300hr Yoga Teacher training, TRX certification, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, as well as Precision Nutrition 1. These areas of study allow Jen to provide comprehensive care, from an overall health and fitness perspective. Jen is rostered with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform spinal manipulation, dry needling/acupuncture, and pelvic floor physiotherapy. Specials interests include women’s health through the lifespan (including pre and post natal, menopausal health), child and adolescent prehab and rehab, arthritic conditions, and hypermobility syndromes. Jen also has a special interest in shoulder specific conditions, with experience working in an Advanced Practitioner role with Dr. John Randle, an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulders at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
Jen’s approach utilizes the full scope of physiotherapy, while advocating for and helping her patients to access any further medial and health care professionals in our community.
VERA WILLEMSE
BSc. PT, MSc. Manual Therapy
Completed her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Breda (The Netherlands) in 2013, Physiotherapist. Advance qualifications include a Master of Science in Manual Therapy (SOMT), CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, as well as Dry Needling of the extremities and the spine. Vera is rostered with The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform spinal manipulation and dry needling/acupuncture.
Jonathan Wiseman
Jon is a Physiotherapist with over five years of experience in orthopaedics. He blends hands-on techniques with targeted exercise programming to help people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love!
He completed his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University, where he also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with varsity athletes. Jon brings a diverse background in rehabilitation and sports performance, including two years as a Registered Massage Therapist and personal trainer.
Jon takes a patient-centred approach, integrating each client’s goals, values, and lifestyle into a tailored treatment plan. He works with individuals of all ages and has advanced training in: sports injuries, concussion care, shoulder rehabilitation, and arthritis management.
Outside the clinic, he’s passionate about fitness—he loves lifting, running, and is currently obsessed with squash!
