Healthy Breakfast Ideas for a Productive Day

Starting your day right begins with on-hand, healthy breakfast choices. And hey, it’s not as complicated as you might think. We’ve got a set of simple, delicious choices for you. Big bonus, they’re packed with the nutrients you need to power through your day. Perfect for your pre-Crossfit thruster sessions too.

First, how about giving an oatmeal bowl a shot? It’s no secret that oatmeal is a solid breakfast champion. But we’re not talking about those instant packages crammed full of sugar. Nah, we mean the real oats and the health benefits that come with them. Top them up with any of your favorite fruits like sliced banana, apple, or those antioxidant-rich blueberries.

Next, why not try a lean protein-packed breakfast. This could be scrambled eggs with a hefty amount of spinach or maybe a tofu scramble if you’re more leaned into the plant-based lane. Protein, as you know, helps build those muscles especially after an intensive Crossfit workout.

Now, we’ve saved the easiest for last, a green smoothie. Just toss in a ripe banana, a handful of spinach or kale, a splash of almond milk (or any unsweetened milk alternative), and a spoonful of your favorite nut butter. Blend until smooth. Voila! It’s tasty, healthy, and super-simple.
