Training Programs & Rates


Our training sessions are all about team spirit and motivation. CrossFit Newmarket/Aurora Central offers several training options but the common denominator is the community. Whether you’re just starting out, or pursuing sport-specific training, you’ll be surrounded by the most motivated, inspirational athletes around. Not only are the people amazing, but every class is lead and designed by the best coaches anywhere. Every workout and training session is smartly programmed to ensure you make incremental but significant progress toward your personal goals.
  • CrossFit

    CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level.

    We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. Don’t want to make more than one trip into the house with an armload of groceries? We’ve got you covered. Need to sprint across the parking lot at work so you’re on time? No problem! Want to jump over tall buildings in a single bound? We can work on that too.

  • CrossFit Kids

    Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 7-14, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youngest athletes are encouraged to stay active in a fun, light-hearted environment. They move, grow, and discover their self-confidence while developing body awareness and coordination. We focus on developing overall athleticism, strength and proper movement mechanics. Our kids are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue onto higher level sports, and into adulthood. CrossFit Kids is appropriate for students looking for a strength and conditioning program to supplement their main school sport as well as those using CrossFit as their sport of choice.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    CrossFit Newmarket/Aurora Central’s Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic olympic lifts. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level, to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Personal Training

    Our Coaches will work with you one on one privately to help you achieve your specific goals. Personal Training is an amazing option to help you get faster results, keep you motivated and to stay accountable. Our personal training is customized for every client. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, get into the best shape of your life, or sports specific training, we will ensure you reach it safely and break through your plateaus.

  • CrossFit Sports and Leadership Camp

    CFNAC is excited to announce our CrossFit Sports and Leadership Camp, for kids age 8 to 12years, at our Aurora location. Give your child a week of fun this summer that encourages a healthy lifestyle and is action packed. We have incorporated various foundations into our camp to encourage the physical, social and mental development of our children. Kids will improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination through game play, skill sessions, workouts and cool downs.   • CrossFit Conditioning

    This class includes rowing, assault bikes, kettle bells, sleds, bodyweight exercises, burpees and other conditioning focused work. An excellent class to get into shape quickly and perfect for those who want to focus primarily on conditioning. Great on its own or added in with regular classes. This will be a fast paced hour of high intensity sweaty fun.
