Who Can Join?
- Anyone experiencing hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms, such as stiffness, pain, weakness, or difficulty with daily tasks.
- No referral, diagnosis, or imaging is required.
- Suitable if you’re hoping to delay or avoid surgery, return to activity, or simply manage day-to-day pain more effectively.
What’s Included
- 60-minute sessions, 2x/week for 7 weeks
- 12 physiotherapist-guided exercise sessions focused on lower-body strength, balance, coordination, and functional movement.
- 2 small-group education sessions covering the latest evidence on osteoarthritis, pain management, exercise recommendations, and long-term self-care strategies.
- Progress tracking and personalized goal-setting to help measure your improvement throughout the program.

Registration Details
A 30-minute GLA:D™ initial assessment with Jon is required to confirm program eligibility (This assessment is also covered under your physiotherapy benefits).
Assessments can be done at either the Newmarket or Aurora locations.
